CANCELLATION POLICY

LATE ARRIVALS & CANCELLATIONS

Unfortunately arriving late will shorten your spa treatment. Each treatment must end on time so that subsequent appointments are kept on time. Please give us 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment or to cancel. If you are unable to make your appointment without notifying us 48 hours in advance, 50% of the service will charged. Please feel free to discuss if you need to reschedule when we call to confirm the day prior to your appointment.

 

WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

As with most spas, our weekend appointments are our most popular. We will call to confirm the day prior to your scheduled appointment. Please provide us 48 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule. We will secure your time and date with a $25 deposit that will be applied to your service when you come in for your appointment. You can reschedule 48 hours in advance, otherwise, the deposit will not be refunded. Weekend appointments for two or more services require a credit card for reservation. We will enforce our cancellation policy as listed above for late cancellations or no shows.
