Here are some simple tips to help you get the most out of your spa experience, yet make it enjoyable for yourself and others.
SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please call our main spa number at 402-933-8885 to schedule an appointment. While we prefer cash or personal checks, we do accept Visa or Mastercard, as well.
We do require a credit card reservations for the couple’s spa room, weekend and couple’s massage therapy appointments. We will charge 40% of the service fee, if miss your appointment and do not call us.
For weekend appointments, couples massages and couples spa events, we will secure your time and date with a $25 deposit that will be applied to your service when you come in for your appointment. You can reschedule one time, but please let us know prior to 24 hours in advance, otherwise, the deposit will not be refunded.

Feel free to tip according to your satisfaction with our service. A customary gratuity for services of about 15% of your total fee for each service. Your cash tip lets us know that your needs were met or exceeded!
In order to ensure each patron experiences a peaceful environment,we ask that you please do not bring any children younger than 10 years-old into the spa.
Please turn off cell phones when in the spa. We want to give you the full time for your appointment. In case of emergency, you can be reached at the main spa number. We will bring a phone to you.
If this is your first service with us, please come 10 minutes early to fill out a health form & a client information card. We provide you with a luxurious robe and slippers to wear while you are in the spa. Robes and slippers are also available for gifts or yourself.
Please plan to arrive about ten minutes before your appointment. You can check our add-on service menu, look at new Eminence product arrivals and relax.
LATE ARRIVALS & CANCELLATIONS
Arriving late will shorten your spa treatment. Each treatment must end on time so the next client can be serviced. Please give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. We charge 50% of the service for appointments that are not cancelled 24 hours in advance and full service for no shows. We will call to confirm the day prior to your scheduled appointment.
WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
As with most spas, our weekend appointments are our most popular. We will call to confirm the day prior to your scheduled appointment. Please provide us 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule. We will secure your time and date with a $25 deposit that will be applied to your service when you come in for your appointment. You can reschedule 24 hours in advance, otherwise, the deposit will not be refunded. Weekend appointments for two or more services require a credit card for reservation. We will enforce our cancellation policy as listed above for late cancellations or no shows.
EVERY DAY DISCOUNTS
Any time you use cash to pay for your spa services, we will happily give you a 3% discount! Active duty military members receive a 5% discount on all services with valid military id.
